Hold an Event

All Souls is open to hosting and sponsoring events and groups that are in alignment with our Mission and Vision and fall within our four pillars of Spirit, Music, Environment, and Community

Hosted Events

Hosted events are events in which the facilitator is simply looking for a space to hold their offering and will handle their event entirely on their own.  There will be a flat llicense fee for usage of the building.  Facility fees will vary depending on the type of event, which parts of the building will be used, the duration of the event, etc. To propose a hosted event, please click here to fill out an application

Weddings

All Souls offers weddings for members and their families. For non-members, six dates each year are reserved for wedding ceremonies. Non-members are not eligible to hold wedding receptions at All Souls. For more information about holding your wedding at All Souls, please contact the Office Manager at (802) 985-3819 or at asig@allsoulsinterfaith.org.

Memorial or Life Celebration

All Souls is here to bring support during this time of transition.

What is included in the memorial/life celebration service:

  • Officiant to assist with the planning and/or involvement in the life celebration service

  • Initial consult and follow-up meeting with the minister assigned to officiate at your service

    • Will learn more about the deceased

    • Give emotional support to the family

    • Work with the family to create a ceremony and program (Printing & Folding of Programs)

    • Tour of All Souls Interfaith Gathering

    • Discuss desired setup of the Sanctuary for the service

  • Services of the All Souls Music Director, Tevan Goldberg - these services can vary from playing piano/organ or singing at the service to helping the family to select a playlist of songs 

What is NOT included in the memorial/life celebration fee but IS available at an additional cost:

  • Kitchen - Daily Fee is $60.50 per day (This is mandatory if serving any food or drinks)

  • Large-Screen Smart TV - Daily Fee is $50.00 per day

  • Portable Sound System - Daily Fee is $150.00 per day

Facility Fee

​The memorial / life celebration fee begins at $2,980 and includes usage of our facility for 5 hours.  This 5 hours includes setup and clean up/clear out time.  There is an additional hourly rate of $120 for each hour beyond the first 5.

Sponsored Events

Sponsored events are events in which the facilitator and All Souls partner equally and collaborate in the event creation, set up, marketing, selling of tickets, etc.  There is no fee for use of the building and event revenue will also be split equally.  All Souls enjoys these types of collaboration events and is excited to create more community through these offerings.

With sponsored events, All Souls typically works at least 3 months out for any of our events to make sure there is ample time for marketing. To propose a sponsored event, please click here to fill out an event request form.
