Pastoral Counseling

 Pastoral Counseling

Pastoral counseling provides support and spiritual exploration leading to growth, healing, and wholeness.  Pastoral counseling often includes resources such as meditation tools, prayer, inspirational readings, and community participation to help you move toward transformation.

Many people want to work with a pastoral counselor who holds spiritual beliefs and values and is able to help you connect more deeply with your own.  Pastoral counseling offers support to those seeking to address grief and loss, issues related to illness, conflicts about spiritual beliefs, and relationship problems.

At All Souls Interfaith Gathering, pastoral counseling is provided by Rev. Don Chatfield, Ph.D., our Lead Pastor.  Don holds the Master of Divinity degree, is an ordained interfaith minister, and also holds a Master of Science degree in Professional Counseling.  An initial consultation is provided at no charge.  Sessions are one hour in length and are on a sliding scale from $40 to $70 per hour.  Financial need scholarships are available for those unable to pay the minimum rate.

To schedule a pastoral counseling appointment, call Rev. Chatfield at (802) 985-3819, extension 102.
