Michelle will lead the group in yoga nidra, pranayama, and mindfulness practices, and then end with a sound journey, using crystal singing bowls, creating a nest of sound for you to rest in. She will use her harmonium so we can chant the names of God together.
Sunday, March 22, 2026 3 pm - 6 pm
In this presentation, Fern Lickfield will guide the group in a multifaceted introduction to the levels, realms and relationships of Nature and Spirit.
This small group seeks to delve more deeply into spiritual themes. Together we explore, discover, reflect, and share, each evolving their own spirituality.

Join us each month for in-depth sharing on a substantive topic.
Once a month - Every 3rd Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm
The All Souls Coming of Age Capstone Program is a one-year program for youth ages 11 to 14. Students will contemplate and discuss seven questions. This program enables students to delve more deeply into these questions and concepts.
Monthly, October through June, at All Souls
Once a month on Sunday afternoon 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
